Payment can be made in cash or in 12 installments on your card via Mercado Pago.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied, items you wish to return for refund or exchange will be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please send proof of purchase and the reason you are returning. You can make your return by emailing m3ntastudio@gmail.com, where we will get back to you with refund instructions within 2 business days.
If the decision is to change, the process is carried out in the same way.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFORMATION
For shipping we use Sedex or PAC. After payment approval we will ship the product within 5-8 business days (average time for the item to be manufactured). When the order is ready we will send you an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery time. It usually takes 2-5 business days after shipping to the state of São Paulo.
